HP-9000 FD Fan made by Steel Work LLC

In September 2016, Steel Work LLC fabricated and applied the forced draft fan called HP-9000. The core commercial particularity of the FD fan is its welding structure with the changing blades made of SWIP hardfaced plates.

The Steel Work FD Fan Advantages:

1. The central disk comes in gear shape to avoid wear;
2. Gas-and-abrasive wear come to meet and balance each other thus decreasing the wear up to2.5 - 4 folders (depending on the dust scale);
3. The availability of changeable hardfaced blades helps avoid the dismantling procedure of the whole FD Fan structure and especially operation wheel;
4. The blades are made of SWIP hardfaced plates increasing the TBO four folders.
5. The designed structure of the FD fan reduces repairs quantity four folders as well.
6. The designed structure of the FD fan is occupationally safe due to the longer TBOs and reduced repair numbers.
